En modo host habrá una red privada entre esa máquina y tu máquina física, sin ver a otras.
En modo NAT la máquina física actuará como un router y todas las máquinas virtuales estarán en la misma red, por lo que se verán entre ellas.

En modo host-only no se van a ver, aunque tengan el mismo rango, debes usar modo NAT
