Bueno, yo t puedo ayudar en la primera duda, verás, tu pones el botón, y en Acciones pones:
En Al Presión Añades una acción que va a ser Ir a Fotograma, al añadirla se abre un pequeño menú abajo, y pone: Escena y al lado una flecha que abre un menú desplegable, bien, presionas la flecha y le das a Next Scene o Escena 2, y asegurate que la casilla Re..., que esta a la derecha de este menú, esté activada
Respecto a tu otra duda, por que no utilizas flash MX? Tiene unos ejemplos de exactamente eso que dices, si aprendes un poco de flash, puedes hacerlo facilmente

Pues esperarte, no estaria de mas que aprendieras un poco de inglés Steam is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers. Significa que Steam esta teniendo problemas al conectar con los servidores, eso es un problema de ellos y no tuyo, asi que vas a tener que esperarte a que lo arreglen y punto
