Bueno esta es mi pregunta:

¿En visual basic 6 se pueden hacer bocadillos de dialgoso, y si se pueden hacer como?

en delphi si que se puede hacer pero en vb6 ni idea.

Te refieres que si al pulsar en lo alto de..una imagen por ejemplo...salga como una aclaracion?

De ser asi, puedes hacerlo con la propiedad ToolTipText

Como usarlo?

Te vas a las propiedades del objeto, buscas ToolTipText y al lado pones el texto que quieres que aparezca.

Por favor, si os explicais mejor, mas facil sera resolver vuestras dudas.

Y bueno ya habrás visto que en el form tendrás que agregar un frame cuyo nombre será el default (Frame1) y un botton (Command1) Al pasar el puntero sobre estos objetos obtendrás algo muy bueno y aunque se parece a los tips de vb están un poquitín mejores.

Por cierto en el bas puedes personalizarlo...  :D
