Problema con el rendimiento del portatil

Buenos dias antes que nada, soy un nuevo usuario como se puede ver jeje.
No suelo escribir en foros ya que la mayoria de preguntas que se me presentan ya las ha hecho alguien antes y ya han sido respondidas.

Pero esta vez hay algo que me trae de cabeza, desde hace un par de dias el ordenador me va "extraño" no va realente mal pero si extraño, por poner un ejemplo a veces al abrir un video me sale como "descuadrado", se ve la mitad de la pantalla y la otra mitad en negro o bien sale la imagen "partida" en dos, y la mitad de la imagen esta a una altura y la otra mitad a otra.

Esto tambien me pasa con videos de megavideo o con varios reproductores.

Bien he probado pasando el norton internet security 2011 y no me encuentra nada.
Tambien he probado pasando el norton power eraser y me da un riesgo alto con el siguiente archivo.

rarext32.dll nada mas.

Alguien tiene idea de que puede ser?

O mas bien si esto lo puede causar un virus o es mejor mirar por otros lados?

Por otro lado es normal que norton me detecte ese archivo como un riesgo alto?

Se que iria bien algun registro o algo pero no se donde encontrar el registro que deja el norton power eraser.

Cualquier informacion adicional que necesiteis la posteare rapidamente solo decidme que debo poner que soy bastante negado en estos temas jeje

Edito: Lo de los videos es solo un ejemplo, desde el momento en que empeze a notar eso, tambien he notado una disminucion en la velocidad del portatil, al abrir carpetas "tardan" en cargarse bien y a veces les pasa lo mismo que a los videos.

Tiene pinta de ser un virus (por eso de que se relentiza) prueba a pasarle otros antivirus a ver si te detecta el mismo archivo....
es nuevo el portatil? por que si es asi, puede que tenga algun fallo...
aunque es hablar por hablar (almenos en mi caso) si no lo tienes delante para ir trasteando e instalando y desinstalando...

Recuerdas si te empezó hacer eso cuando instalaste algun programa??

El portatil tiene su añito y siempre me ha ido bien por lo general todo empezo hace pues eso un par de dias.

Es mas lo formatee hace nada, apenas 1 mes por rutina, ya le tocaba.

En las ultimas dos semanas creo que lo unico que he instalado es el Windos live msn 2009, AdvancedSystemCare 3(con su medicina para la tos :l), K-Lite Codec pack, Rightmark Cpu Clock Utility, y el alchol120%, casi nada...

En cuanto a informacion, solo que me vayais diciendo que necesitais que os ponga lo apaño en un santiamen, soy un negado en el tema de la seguridad de los PC, pero se me da bien el trabajo de investigacion, solo con que me digais que necesitais ya buscare yo como hacerlo, que tampoco es plan de que encima me tengais que hacer de profesores xD

Es que es "raro32 raro32"  :xD :xD

Pon un log del hijackthis y verémos si se encuentra algo, si hay problemas con librerías lo mas segúro es que sea un rootkit. En los post-it hay un tema del hijackthis, alli lo podrás descargar, es muy fácil de usar.

Ya me parecio raro ya  :xD

Ahora que lo dices he pasado el norton power eraser en modo normal(sin busqueda de rootkits) y no me encuentra nada, es al pasarlo con busqueda de rootkits me encuentra el archivo en cuestion, y ademas ahora tambien me encuentra un directorio, acer bio protection, un driver que viene por defecto con el portatil(bajado de la propia web de acer tras el formateo)

Bua, tienes un montón de servicios cargados en el svchost.exe, va a ser un follón esto. De todas formas ante todo, el siguiente archivo:

C:\Windows\SysWow64\perfhost.exe

Ese archivo no lo conozco, no se que debe ser, deberías buscarlo y subirlo a la siguiente web: www.virustotal.com, allí se te analizará con un montón de antivirus de forma online. ( o subenos aquí una muestra para que la analizemos).

Si ese archivo es malware, lo eliminarémos no te preocupes, el tema de los servicios (DLL) cargados en svchost es un tema complicado y el último usuario que le pasó eso se acabó formateando. Si quieres te digo los servicios que se deberian detener de tu ordenador y como hacerlo, de esta forma seguro qie irá mas rápido, aquí ya te dejo la manera de detener los servicios, aunque primero vamos por partes, mirémos ese archivo y a ver si el estado de tu ordenador mejora.

He mirado en un ordenador con windows 7 y tiene exáctamente lo mismo que el tuyo, incluso el archivo perfhost.exe, de momento omíte lo que te dicho y me miraré éste ordenador a ver si me entero que es eso y el porqué la carga de tantos servicios en windows7.

Lo que mas me "escama" es esa relantizacion repentina y el por que del problema con videos y carpetas, por que ha sido todo de un dia para otro

El archivo rarext.dll corresponde al programa de compresion Winrar, si lo tienes es normal de que exísta, es más te recomiendo que lo busques en tu ordenador y debería encontrarse en la siguiente ruta:

C:\Archivos de programa\WinRAR\rarext.dll

Si nunca has tenido el winrar o este archivo está ubicado en otra ruta huele a podrido.

Por cierto, ya se lo que es el perfhost ese: http://www.exe-dll.com/process/perfhost.exe.htm y he llegado a la conclusión que tanta DLL es normal ya que las he comparado con mi ordenador. Quizá se me escape algúna ya que hay programas que te instalan las suyas como servicios (ej: avast antivirus). En teoria no veo nada mal aparéntemente aunque seguiré mirándolo porque yo juraria que en su dia no vi tantas DLL, aunque es raro la coincidencia de tener lo mismo.

Si esta en esa ruta el archivo y si tengo el winrar, pero es que aparte del rarext.dll tengo el rarext32.dll(el que me detcta norton) no se si tenga algo que ver  :huh:

Mira si quieres usa KDSSKiller de Kaspersy es muy buen antirootkit (al menos para mi)
