¿Van a acceder desde fuera de tu servidor? es decir, ¿tu en tu casa y otro en la suya? si es así, tienes que abrir los puertos del router y redireccionarlos a tu pc mediente la ip de tu equipo y el puerto de mysql, que por defecto es 3306. Además, el usuario tiene que tener conexión remota. Crea un usuario con acceso a esa base de datos, y con acceso remoto. Si tienes alguna duda, pregunta.

La verdad, es un poco raro. Mira, te recomiendo que descargues alguna live cd de algun antivirus y se lo pases. Yo tuve dos situaciones parecidas. Una por un virus, y otra porque se fue la luz, y al irse el ordenador, se perdió una dll, y no habia manera, y busque la libreria y la instalé desde la consola de recuperación de Windows. Pasale un antivirus live cd, de kaspersky, avast, bitdefender... a ver si te encuentra algo. Yo te recomiendo la de bitdefender. Este es el enlace:

Mira, te cuento. Yo hice grado medio, superior y Carrera, aunque yo hice el anterior a ese, antes del plan bolonia en España, que antes era explotación de sistemas informaticos, y te puedo decir que fue la mejor decisión que tome en mi vida, porque al hacer grado medio y superior, iba muy bien formado para la facultad. Aprendes digamos, desde abajo, las redes, su funcionamiento, como interactuamos con un sistema operativo, cada componente de un ordenador... Si luego de hacer tus practicas, deseas hacer un grado superior, si quieres programas software o seguir en redes, lo puedes hacer, porque dividieron uno de los modulos en dos, el que antes era DAI (desarrollo de aplicaciones informaticas, ese hice yo) ahora es DAM. Hay algunas diferencias, como por ejemplo una asignatura dedicada al html, y la otra rama, no recuerdo como se llama, pero esta orientada a programación web, y luego, si no ha habido mucho cambio, habia otro superior que era ASI (administracion de sistemas informaticos) que es de redes. En ese grado medio, que quieres hacer, daras php, un lenguaje orientado a web. Cuando lo finalices, segun lo que te guste, puedes seguir avanzando, yo te lo recomiendo.

He visto al principio que indica que hay dos inicios del flash, pero no lo entiendo el porque. Ahi esta el motivo y no lo entiendo. He realizado las busqueda de virus tambien como me has indicado r32, iniciando en modo seguro, y nada, he pasado incluso el malware bytes y 0 patatero. Creo que puede ser como me indicais, que algo arranque en 2º plano un navegador, pero he visto todos los procesos y no he identificado nada extraño en segundo plano. Con lo que veais me indicais, porque ya me esta pasando lo mismo en otro equipo diferente, y este tiene de sistema operativo Windows 8.1.

He seguido vuestros consejos y nada, instalé tambien el adblock y nada, al encender el equipo
se activa solo el plugin de adobe flash player y comienza a reproducir cosas, entre ellas, partidas
de counter strike, pero no se ve, solo se escuchan, paras el proceso que se ejecuta en un 2º plano
y al rato vuelve a saltar. Instalé el adware cleaner, y nada, ejecute distribuciones de antivirus live cd y tampoco encuentra nada. No se de donde sale. Borro los plugins y sigue saltando el adobe flash, que es lo que no entiendo, si esta eliminado ¿como sigue saltando? yo sigo investigando, porque estas jugando o navegando y salta solo, y es un incordio increible. Si ha alguien le ha pasado o se le ocurre algo, que lo postee porfavor. Si lo encuentro yo lo postearé tambien por si a alguien mas le pasa. Gracias a todos.

Gracias por responder. Mira suelo navegar con firefox, lo mato con el proceso
flashplayerplugin_14. Internet explorer no lo utilizo. Tambien utilizo Chrome.

Tengo un ligero problema y no se de donde viene, incluso he buscado en la web y no sale nada. El
problema que tengo es que en cualquier momento, ya sea al iniciar el pc, o al navegar por internet
se empieza a escuchas sonidos de videos, de personas explicando una parte de algun juego, un anuncio, y cosas asi, normalmente son juegos y gente explicandolos. Me meto en el Administrador de tareas, y quito el flash player y dejan de escucharse. No se esto a que es devido, porque analizo el equipo con el antivirus y no hay nada. ¿Sabe alguien de que puede ser esto o como quitarlo?
porque me estoy volviendo loco.

Normalmente, todas las tablets tienen en la parte trasera un botón de RESET. Mira en tu manual si hay que encenderla y dejarlo pulsado, o estando encendida le pulsas al botón reset, y el tiempo que tienes que mantenerlo presionado. El tiempo normalmente suele ser entre 5 o 10 segundos. Para presionarlo usa un alfiler o algo fino para pulsar el boton reset, puesto que es un agujero pequeñito.

Para hacer lo que pides, primero tienes  que descomprimir el archivo de la iso en el pendrive, y después hacerle un sector boteable o mbr (master boot record) asi creas un sector de arranque en el pendrive y se puede iniciar. Si no, tambien hay aplicaciones por la web que te explican como hacer boteable un pendrive. Espero haberte ayudado

Tecnicamente no tiene nada que ver que tengas instalado visual c++ y tengas xampp. Yo tengo instalado visual c++ y c++ builder, y no me da ningun problema con mi xampp. Lo que si puedes hacer es reinstalar xampp. Ahora si te da problemas con skype puedes  hacer dos cosas:
1. Inicias antes skype y luego inicias el servicio de xampp
2. Cambias el puerto a xampp en el httpconf y buscas la linea que pone port. En todas pones otro puerto, por ejemplo 82. Ahora cuando entres al navegador pones:
   a) localhost:82
   b) tu ip:82 (por ejemplo 127.0.0.1:82) el 127.0.0.1 es la ip de tu equipo local,     hace       referencia a tu equipo.
