Quiero instalar TOR en una pc con windows xp pero tengo el siguiente problema(eesto me sale en el log)

Pero nunca me termina de conectar.. me lanza un boton de "copiar el log de error al portapapeles" que fue lo que hice para pegarlo aca..
Alguien sabe interpretar eso y ver donde me falla para conectar tor a la red?
