Gracias por tu respuesta skapunky, tengo varias dudas, no puedo iniciar ningun programa en la pc por lo que las herramientas anti rootkit no funcionan, me puedes indicar algun procedimiento a seguir sucede que soy navata en esto de las pc's

Hola gracias por su tiempo, les comento que me baje en anti rootkit de nombre F-Secure BlackLight Rootkit Eliminator y en modo seguro me arroja que no existe ningun inconveniente con rootkit estoy pensando en formatearla..  de pronto alguna otra sugerencia??? le agradecería mucho...

Por cierto como puedo aprender a leer los logs de hijackthis..
