todo eso consume un monton de recursos...para deshabilitar el ctrl + alt + sup lo podes hacer desde el registro o sino matar la ventana del task manager cuando se hace visible...o mira hace poco postearon como no permitir matar tu aplicacion desde el tskmanager deshabilitando el boton de "matar proceso"
