Hola Anvir TaskManager no se como funciona para ver los posibles problemas, con
Driver Booster o Driver Genius. En mi caso el primero, lo instalé y actualicé los software que estaban des actualizados. Pero no he visto ningún cambio en la CPU, sigue en torno al 70%. Y lo de medir con el administrador de tareas y sofware que se supone está tirando más. No lo puedo ver por que casi todos están a "0" menos kernel y el de inactividad, que digo yo que debería estar en torno al 85//90%  y no al 40/50% como está. y NT kernel o Systema al 30%.

Gracias Eleкtro, de Ram he notado un cambio interesante, pero CPU NO ha cambiado nada sigo con 70% y con picos de 80.

Hay alguna manera de saber que drivers, si es por eso, saber cual está mal instalado o el que está forzando a la CPU.

Llevo unos días con el mismo problema, consumo alto de cpu sin hacer nada 70% /80%, Ram 1,70/ de 4Gb. También no puedo tener un buen uso del sistema, algo tan fácil como coger un archivo y arrastrarlo a la papelera o a una carpeta. Me cuesta una eternidad, o se suelta solo el archivo sin dejar de pulsar el ratón hasta llegar al punto de destino del archivo sin lograr el objetivo, ya que al pasar cerca de una carpeta se ha soltado solo y se ha metido el solo, otras veces no me dá tiempo a coger el archivo ya que al llegar a hacer el primer clic sin terminar de soltar el solo se ejecuta. Cuando lo normal es hacer 2 clics para que se ejecuten los archivos. O cuando voy ha escribir y coloco el puntero entre carácter y otro carácter para modificar o añadir otro, lo que me hace al clicquear es seleccionar me toda la palabra con un simple toque cuando lo normal es que se coloque simplemente la barra de escritura. He probado limpiar con ccleaner y desde chrome los cookies, he probado con malware bytes, y con antivirus. Pero no soy capaz de dar con ello. Una de las cosas que si que he notado es en el de CPU. Si quito la conexión del cable de internet y coloco un USB Wifi, baja drasticamente hasta 0%/5%. Pero claro con el usb y con los calores que está haciendo se pone casi incandescente y se bloquea hasta que lo desenchufo y lo dejo enfriar.

Hola, se puede hacer con usb, hay que configurar en la bios para que arranque desde el usb con el OS, e arrancar con los pasos que va informando desde el formateo hasta la instalación del sistema operativo.
