vb.net enviar pulsasiones de tecla a otra aplicacion

alguien me puede decir como envio pulsasiones de tecla a otra aplicacion, no se si esa es la mejor forma de decirlo, pero lo que quiero decir es que por ejemplo al yo darle a un boton haga como si yo hubiese tocado una tecla en especifico en otra aplicacion.

Hola, casualmente , antes de este post , deje una libreria que logra hacer eso, tenia un problema pero , creo que era el entorno de prueba , por que una vez posteada la situacion, funciono sin problemas, te dejo el enlace y ahi encontraras lo que pides
