Uso ubuntu, aunque también tengo windows 7 instalado. En ubuntu el hardinfo me dice que el disco duro es ATA (es un Seagate), pero eso no es lo que me interesa saber, es si es de estado sólido o la otra cosa .
Es que pensaba pasarle el HDD Regenerator, pero una vez me dijeron que el HDD regenerator solo se puede usar con los discos de platos y que eso no son los discos duros que usan las portátiles y que en vez de arreglarlo lo que podía es dañarlo. Bueno en realidad eso me lo dijeron cuando intentaba pasarle el programa a una netbook, la mía es una notebook (una portátil normal, no una mini), pero supongo que es lo mismo...
Con el HDSentinel en la verificación de SMART me pone una advertencia en Reallocated Sector, esto es lo que sale en el reporte:

Aunque la salud está al 99% y el desempeño 100% y solo me dice que hay 1 sector dañado, ya voy notando que hace más ruido de lo normal y me tengo que esperar unos milisegundos más a causa del disco.
Otra cosa que quería preguntar es si vale la pena comprar un disco duro por ejemplo en ebay (vivo en Rep. Dom), no sé si con todo eso del transporte y la movilizaciones, quién sabe cuantos tumbos darán en el camino, si eso le hará daño y como los discos son tan frágiles....
Y en qué me tengo que fijar para estar seguro que el que compre se va a ajustar al portátil.
