buenas muchachones pude resolver el problem gracias a los dioses

entre en el router soldando los pines y todo, luego con putty por serial console, mas tftp32, luego coloque unos comandos gracias a putty

y ejecute esto uno por uno

erase  0xbf020000 +7c0000

tftpboot 0x81000000 firmware.bin   (nombreDelfirmware.bin)

cp.b 0x81000000 0xbf020000 0x7c0000

bootm 0xbf020000

el bucle infinito se quita colocando tpl + enter justo  cuando aparece esta linea en putty

Autobooting in 1 seconds## Booting image at bf020000 (darle click derecho +enter RAPIDO habiendo copiado antes la linea tpl )

EN ESTA FOTO NO APARECE EL TPL PERO A MI ME FUNCIONO COLOCANDOLO Y COMO RECOMIENDA EL ALEMAN EN SU WEB. LUEGO AL HACERLO SI APARECIA LA LINEA ar7100>

y deberia quedar justo asi
