¿Instalar correctamente Ruby 2.0.0 y Rails 4.1.2 en windows 7?

hola yo instale el instalador "rubyinstaller-2.0.0-p481"(x86) en C:\\ pero alguien sabe cual es el comando para instalar Rails 4.0.4 en el cmd , no estoy muy seguro si lo instale bien las gemas o joyas
