Disculpen la incomodidad, pero he tratado de descifrar este codigo PHP y por todos lados, no he podido, ya he intentado hacerlo con Base64 pero me salta un error.

Por favor si alguien fuera tan amable de hacerlo, y aún mejor si me dicen con que generador :/ o programa, o como!.
