hola a todos a ver si alguien me puede echar una manita o me dice este error a que es devido muchas gracias
ala hora de grabar un dvd no me deja y me da este error

Amos a ver.

¿Sabes desinstalar el Nero al completo?

1º Agregar quitar programas.

2º C:\Archivos de programa\Ahead "y borras la carpeta Ahead".

3º Borras las entradas de registro con el RegCleaner 4.3 que te suenen a "nero" y localizas el limpiador del registro y le das a limpiar.


Y ahora puedes o instalar esa versión de Nero o ir a "la web de la firma", osea, www.lawebdegoku.miarroba.com y descargarte la versión de Nero que tiene allí Songoku, ésa versión es de toda confianza, junto al resto de programas de su web xD.

hola randomize e provado lo que me as comentado y nada sigo con las mismas y resulta que cuando empieza a leer la grabadora al 1 por cien me da error y se me abre la disquetera
que puedo hacer?

¿Cómo que se te abre la disquetera?

¿El error te dá al leer? Verás es que hay protecciones que dan error durante la lectura. Pero sigues la grabación y al final tienes el soft.

¿Podrías poner la marca, modelo y edad de esa regrabadora?

Y que yo sepa las disqueteras no se abren, son las lectoras ópticas las que sacan la bandeja fuera.

Vamos a necesitar más datos.

Tipo de PC: hardware (memoria, disco duro y espacio libre, procesador, placa, otras unidades y ampliaciones), sistema operativo y service pack que incluye, protección que usas (antivirus, antispyware, cortafuegos), mantenimiento (limpieza de las trazas o restos de tu navegación por Internet), ...

llego tarde perdona por no contestar antes pero no estado en casa .
por fin solucione el problema os digo lo que era pues era la version que tenia de nero que me fallava y le e puesto la version 6.3.0.3 y ahora me funciona todo ok.
