There is a desktop application called google-drive-ftp-adapter. You install it in your personal computer and then can you connect your ftp client to this application. I use it to connect my ftp client to google-drive to synchronize my local files.

The google-drive-ftp-adapter is an open source desktop application hosted in github. It acts as an dapter (bridge/gateway) between your ftp client and the google drive service.
