¿Tienes acceso a internet?

¿Estas desde alguna red de trabajo o de algún sitio que pueda llegar a tener algun servidor proxy?

Probablemente sea un problema para resolver consultas DNS, intentá modificar /etc/resolv.conf

Agregando
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
