acabo de descargarme metasploit  :P pero ahora debo actualizarlo y a la hora de hacerlo lo hice así
Inicio>Framework Update
hice clic en el y cuando se ejecuta sale lo siguiente:

significa que debes entrar a

https://localhost:3790

Luego vas poniendo los datos que te piden y te enviaran una licencia "Community Edition" a tu correo (es gratis), la activas y luego puedes realizar el Update sin ningún problema.
