Soy nuevo por el foro. Acudo aquí buscando vuestra ayuda porque la verdad es que estoy ya desesperado. Desde hace casi un año, mi portátil se me queda pillado cuando uso Internet. Pero sólo cuando uso Internet. Es decir, si estoy usando Office, jugando a algún videojuego, viendo una peli o utilizando cualquier otra aplicación que no tenga que ver con un browser, no pasa nada!! :o Normalmente puedo estar navegando una hora o por ahí (no es siempre el mismo tiempo) o más hasta que el ordenador se bloquea y ya no puedo hacer nada más. Ni iniciar el administrador de tareas, ni reiniciar ni nada. Así que no me queda otra que apagarlo a la "antigua", pulsando el botón de encendido/apagado xD. Si lo dejo bloqueado sin apagar, acaba apareciendo un pantallazo azul de estos con muchos datos donde pone lo que ha fallado, pero dura un segundo y leugo el ordenador se apaga solo, así que no me da tiempo a ver lo que pone. Como he dicho antes, no hay un tiempo exacto en el que se quede pillado, varía en función de si tengo más pestañas abiertas, y estoy haciendo algo más activo. Por eso, al principio creía que podía ser de que el pc se calentaba o algo, pero si no se me calienta con el Far Cry 3, cómo se va a calentar por tener 4 pestañas de ***** abiertas?? No lo entiendo. También he comprobado que no se tarta de ningún virus, y que me pasa con todos los navegadores (explorar, mozilla, chrome, etc.). Lo he llevado ya a dos tiendas diferentes para que me miren si es un problema de hardware (disco duro o algo) y me dicen que no, que todo funciona normalmente. Pero también lo he formateado ya varias veces, y recién formateado me sigue pasando, así que debe ser algo de hardware. Me encuentro en un callejón sin salida, y la verdad es que es bastante molesto, porque llevo ya mucho tiempo con el problema y no sé qué hacer. Estaba pensando en comprarle un disco ssd, a ver si cambiando el disco duro deja de pasar esta *****. Os dejo quí el log de Hijackthis, por si descubris algo.
