Dreewzt, ettercap está disponible en los repositorios de Ubuntu por lo que no es necesario ni recomendable (salvo que tengas experiencia) intentar compilarlo. ¿Qué es lo que hago mal? :-\ Dos posibles causas: -El repositorio Universe no esta activado. -En un LiveCD de Ubuntu la lista de repositorios suele estar obsoleta y lo normal es actualizarla para instalar cualquier paquete. Por tanto, primero revisa si en Sistema -> Administración -> Orígenes de Software está activado el repositorio: "Software libre mantenido por la comunidad (universe)"Si no lo está, activalo, cierra la ventana y cuando te aparezca una pequeña ventana pulsa en "Recargar" para actualizar la lista de repositorios. Cuando termine abre una terminal y escribe esto: sudo apt-get install ettercap
Si ya está activado, cierra la ventana, abre una terminal y escribe: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ettercap
P.D. apt-get update (bajo root) es la forma más habitual de actualizar los repositorios vía la línea de comandos, sin embargo si ya "Recargas" los repositorios con la herramienta Origenes de Software no es necesario volver a repetir el proceso.

Por ahora parece instalado. He tenido que hacerlo mediante una consola sudo -s para que me funcionarar bien.
Nose si tiene algun tipo de incompatibilidad. He estado descargandome el correo con protocolos pop y smtp y al snifar no me salia la pass... Mirando paquetes simplemente habian unos puntos.
Voy a hacer algunas pruebas más y pongo resultados.

Definitivamente no salen usuario y pass en "User messages".
Hago el unified sniffing, mitm y start sniffing todo bien. Si le doy a view connections salen conexiones, pero nada de user y pass en user messages.
