Buenas, hace tiempo cuando usaba el madwifi antiguo podia copnfigurar el kismet perfectamente para que me arrancara con mi tarjeta atheros, ponia algo en plan:
source=madwifi_g,ath0,atheros, el problema esk ahora si ponbgo eso me sale esto:

WARNING: ath0 appears to not accept the Madwifi-NG controls. Will attempt to configure it as a standard Madwifi-old interface. If you are using madwifi-ng, be sure to set the source interface to the wifiX control interface, NOT athX
FATAL: 'get_mode' does not return integer parameters.
Done.

he probado con source=madwifi-ng,ath0,atheros, pero tampoco, alguien lo ha echo funcionar con el madwifi-ng?

EDIT: Cierren el post ya encontre la solucion: kismet -c madwifi_g,wifi0,atheros
