hago un escan completo todos los dias  y siempre me aparece el ismo mensaje  alguien puede decirme que es  o como poder solusionar este detallito

hola  y  gracias  amigo  no pues  hago el sacan completo  pero me aparecen  mas de 10 mensajes asi como ese  todos iguales  y no lospuede eliminar el antivirus  y por eso ando  qeuriendo saber que mas puede hacer  ya he  actualisado el antivirus  y no pasa nada   tu tienes alguani dea de lo que podria hacer ?

Repito ... que se supone que contiene el rar? ese archivo tiene algo, y ese algo es detectado por el AV, por lo que me parece es un activador para windows, y puede que tenga regalito, ... no sería el primero

bueno pues  los escanie  con esas paginas que me diste pero i gual solo los  detectan pero no los limpian y pase la opsion online del trend-micro y si me elimino 2 pero me dejo con 32 amenasas o vulnerabirilidades que no las puede eliminar no las detecta ni el karpeski, nod32,bit defender las versiones  online asi que si alguien sabecomo actualiso el nod32 ala version 3  0  4  demen 1 manita y gracias  x la  ayuda ahora me aparece  todos estooo    Time   Module   Object   Name   Threat   Action   User   Information

desinstala e instala una version nueva la 4.0
