Bueno me gustaria que me dijerais si hay un manual para tontos bien el linux o Windows, para poder lograr una clave wep con esta tarjeta wifi.

I started fix some things in that driver and patching it for compatibility. Some days hago I noticed some changes in mac80211 and iwlwifi. Reading the logs and looking at what was changed, it seems injection may work now! Smiley I tried aireplay-ng and everything seems to work ok! Unfortunately, where I am now the only AP nearby isn't mine and the connection is not encrypted. I tried aireplay-ng -1 and it seemed to work. I'll further test this at home, but in the meantime I leave you the information so you can try yourselves: all you need to do is get this file http://linuxwireless.org/download/compat-wireless-2.6/compat-wireless-2.6.tar.bz2decompress, make and install it. This driver package is supposed to work on kernel versions >= 2.6.22, but not on older versions. Should work for IPW3945 ABG and also for IPW4965 AGN cards (the package also has drivers for cards from other brands - Ralink, Realtek, etc; they should work too, if they weren't before). |

Por ejm si en vez de XP tienes vista no se podria hacer, es simple curiosidad. Alguna novedad mas sobre el tema o la opcion de hacerlo desde un S.O. libre. Un saludo a todos. |
