Tampoco tengo el comando apt-key nesesario para las gpk (las claves publicas) y tampoco tengo ipkg

bajar dichas librerias 1 a 1 es muy tedioso, quiero saber si existe algun paquete que las traiga, o si existe algun truco con apt-get y/o dpkg
 
En muchos casos e bajado paquetes  algo.tar.bz cuando descomprimo me salen un monton de archivos y directorios pero no se como instalar ese algo, hasta ahora solo instalo .dev o .dsl o cosas por el estilo.

Quisiera, tambien,  saber como es el tema de hacer un archivo con make file.
